Dr's Billing and Computer Service, Inc. has been providing professional services to physicians and hospitals since 1993. Dr's Billing and Computer Service, Inc. is currently providing services to hospital and office based physicians in individual and group practices in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. These services include, but are not limited to, individual and group billing, group formation, customized compensation distribution, data tracking, contract analysis, negotiations, coding, payroll services, transcribing, computer networking, and general as well as advanced bookkeeping management. Just to name a few of the fields which we presently provide service for our clients include, Family Practices, Plastic/Craniofacial/ Reconstructive Surgery, General Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, ENT and LCSW, Physical therapy, cardiology, pain management, mental health, psychiatry, pediatric.
We are a licensed and bonded corporation in state of Florida. We are members of the American Medical Biller's Association (AMBA), Florida Collector Association (FCA), Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce (FLCC), and South Florida Chamber of Commerce (SFCC).In addition to processing your claims, our staff is alert to spot any problems in your office with regard to proper preparation and delivery of billing information. This extra care assures you that no matter how hectic your office becomes there is someone watching the financial end of your practice. Our staff is an extension of your staff that you can depend on.

Billing And Collection (electronic and paper)

We successfully submit claims electronically to over 97% payers'. Claims are transmitted using an established National Clearing House. Claims submitted to Florida Medicare, Florida Medicaid and Florida Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans are sent directly to those Carriers. Florida Medicaid payments are made in 7 days. For those with EFT agreements, payments are received on the eighth day after two o'clock in the afternoon. Florida Medicare payments are made in 14 days.
